Meher Baba's Word & His Three Bridges ReviewI thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. It was engaging and entertaining while hinting at some very thought provoking and sophisticated concepts that seem quite practical and useful in improving the quality of one's life. The four "r's" (don't react, reflect, respond and responsibility) seem like a good way to approach many of the problems that come up in one's life. The dialogue that occurs in the seminar between Don (the leader of the seminar) and the participants is interesting both in subject matter and in how things unfold in these interpersonal relationships. Don's description of Meher Baba, his gestures and mannerisms, while giving a speech during the first meeting between Don and Meher Baba is a treat to read. The concepts presented about the role of intuition and its potential usefulness in our lives and putting this process in perspective by examining the potential drawbacks of relying on intuition too heavily is thought provoking. And the way the subject matter is weaved together and brought to a conclusion with clarity, lightness and a sense of humor kept this book engaging till the last page.
